The Broadberry

The Broadberry’s location has historically been a place for music. From Much More and The Cellar Door in the 1980’s who hosted acts such as The Ramones, John Prine, and Pat Benatar to Nations and Nu and now The Broadberry, 2729 W. Broad St. is the place for special events and entertainment.

The Broadberry first introduced itself and opened their doors in April 2014 after a healthy restoration that was able to transform the venue’s “runway” setting to a stage ready setting, leaving the city’s industrial architecture, while upgrading it’s amenities and production abilities. Perfectly equipped for special events and occasions.

Broadberry Entertainment Group is an independent promoter, talent buyer, and event producer based in Richmond, VA. It was founded in the fall of 2018 when the booking business at The Broadberry and Broadberry Presents merged with long-time concert promotion company, The Trigger System.

As of today, Broadberry Entertainment Group books five venues exclusively and another 12 non-exclusively across Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. Rooms vary in size from 100 cap all the way up to 5,000 cap outdoor amphitheaters.
