The Satellite is a fun loving, no frills venue with highly popular events. One of these events is their Saturday night indie Electronic Party ‘Dance Yrself Clean’. This night is based around the LCD Soundsystem track.  Locals gather together each week to hear the DJ spin out tunes from every genre. Fans of this event are truly dedicated, and you will always spot a group belting out lyrics in unison.

The venue also holds their own comedy nights and hosts many other creative events on a regular basis. Even if you just want to keep it simple, you’ll always be guaranteed a good time at the Satellite with pool tables, regular drink deals and a huge list of high-quality beers.

The bookings have been consistently strong at the Satellite for over 20 years. Artists such as Foster the People, Beck and Foo Fighters have started out here and many years later this venue is proudly still home to the best new bands.
