The Terrace [Dewsbury]

The Terrace is an intimate music events and private hire venue in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. Formerly a rock bar called The Old Turk, it was transformed into a gig venue in 2014 when it became part of the Beerhouses family, a small, independent pub group with 6 venues across West Yorkshire and Tameside. It is the flagship music venue of the group. The Terrace is now a leading gig venue in West Yorkshire. With a capacity of just 100, it both supports up and coming local performers and well-established artists across genres including house music, drum and bass, blues, folk, indie, and dance acts. Artists who have played or are due to play include Secret DJ, LDouble, Pat Fulgoni Blues Experience, Utah Saints, and Allister Whitehead. Our aim is to bring artists you wouldn’t normally expect to see play in small towns like Dewsbury and offer access to live music and events to all.
