The Gryphon is Bristol’s only dedicated heavy metal pub. Established in 2010, The Gryphon has fast become an internationally recognised venue. Hosting live music for bands from around the world, as well as catering for homegrown talents, the pub is a must-play venue for many bands. With a maximum capacity of only 50 people, you can imagine how intimate it is for any band and audience to interact. The Gryphon has hosted many grassroots bands over the past 13 years who have gone on to become household names, as well as bringing larger internationally recognised bands to this living room venue.
