Sela Bar

Sela Bar & Pizzeria is a small, independent venue in the heart of Leeds City Centre. For the past 18 years we have provided a stage for the regions finest musicians to play at one of the most intimate venues in the city. We have live events on up to 3 times a week, specialising in jazz, funk, soul, reggae, rock’n’ roll, world and more. We also host regular open mic nights and have DJ’s every weekend. We’re home to Leeds’ longest running Jazz Jam, our other long running programming includes the Tuesday Jazz Joint, curated by James Mainwaring, who is joined by a changing line up of guests each week, our Thursday night sessions. In the past we’ve hosted a range of International Acts such as Dr Lonnie Smith, Georgie Fame, Brian Auger, CAS Trio, The New Mastersounds and more. So if you’re looking for somewhere in Leeds to catch some live music, and maybe even play along too, with some tasty pizza, cocktails and beers then this is the place for you.
