A long established pub in Montpelier, the Old E became a music venue in 2014. Its conversion helped clean it up and provided a new small venue for Bristol’s underground music scene. It is used by local promoters for a range of nights, from doom metal to dance music and has been a regular stop for touring bands from around the world. We accommodate and feed our visitors, trying to be more hospitable than the average UK venue. With a large pub garden, fire pit, pool room and ping pong the venue offers a unique gig experience.
