US Venue Spotlight – San Francisco, CA – Cafe Du Nord

Located underneath Swedish American Hall, Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco has been a local staple since 1907, offering great live music and drinks for over 110 years.

When visiting Cafe Du Nord, you will notice the built-in seating and stunning hardwood bar. The venue underwent renovations in 2016 and is a comfortable, plush, speakeasy-style space that allows patrons to unwind. The vintage interior transports you back in time and makes for a great atmosphere.

The promoter, Noise Pop, has sought to inject modernity into this historical venue while staying true to its original form, booking excellent shows and complementing the bookings at Swedish American Hall.

Artists that have played Cafe Du Nord include Julia Jacklin, Mt Joy, Turtlenecked, Tobin Sprout, Eagle Rock, My Goodness, Rogue Wave, Fictionist, and many more.
